Write On in April

write on campaign

Cute card courtesy of Queenie’s Cards!

Do you think you could write 30 letters in 30 days? Write On, a collaborative campaign from Egg Press and Hello!Lucky, challenges you to the task. The campaign generally seeks to promote the creativity, joy and connection you make through the act of writing a letter. To help get you started, they offer you a free kit of adorable letter press cards and a Sakura gelly roll pen. (If you are outside of the U.S., they ask that you donate the cost of shipping.)

I’m interested in trying this project although I feel like it’ll end up being me writing a handful of letters on some days and not spending each day writing a letter (although hey, that doesn’t sound like a bad thing). A good thing to remember is a letter doesn’t have to be the normal long letter, wrapped up package that I usually send. I can write a card to someone about something random, which might be a fresh distraction into my current methods of snail mail. And I’m sure they won’t hate getting it!

So, are you up for the challenge? Would anyone be interested in writing a small letter to each other in April?

Aw, thanks! For sure! I think I have your address still from the postcards from last summer, unless you’ve moved.
